My story
I moved to Batumi in 2023 — and stayed forever. I fell in love with this city: the Black Sea, the Adjara mountains on the horizon, the blend of architectural eras in the Old Town, the rapid growth of the new coastal district.
I started working at an agency, but quickly realized clients need someone who will honestly talk about risks — not someone who sells at any cost. I became an independent agent and never looked back.
In 3 years I've closed over 120 deals, helping Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, Israelis, Turks and Europeans find their place on the Black Sea — for living, investing or holiday.
